Shipping Policy
At Organicurls, we aim to provide a smooth and reliable delivery experience for all our customers, whether you're in the UK or ordering internationally.
UK Shipping
For UK orders, we use Evri for standard delivery, which takes 2-3 working days. We offer free standard shipping on all UK orders over £25.
If your order doesn’t qualify for free shipping, the shipping fee will be displayed during checkout. Please ensure your shipping address is accurate to prevent any delays or issues with delivery.
A parcel is not considered lost until 21 days after dispatch.
International Shipping
We ship internationally to select countries. Shipping costs and delivery timeframes for international orders will be clearly shown during the checkout process when you select your delivery option.
International orders may take longer depending on the location, customs, and local postal services. In some countries, express delivery is available, and the exact delivery timeframe will also be displayed at checkout.
Please note that a parcel is considered lost if it hasn’t arrived 30 days post-dispatch.
Customs Fees (Including Duty)
For international orders, you may be required to pay import duties, taxes, or customs fees, depending on your country’s regulations. These charges are the responsibility of the recipient. To avoid any returns or delays, we recommend clearing any customs fees promptly. Should an order be returned due to unpaid customs charges, return shipping costs will be deducted from your refund.
Return Policy
1. Non-Refundable Shipping Fee: If a parcel is returned to Organicurls due to an incorrect shipping address provided by the customer, the shipping fee is non-refundable.
2. Customer Responsibility: It is your responsibility to provide an accurate and up-to-date shipping address at checkout. Organicurls will not be held responsible for delays or additional costs incurred due to incorrect address details.
3. Address Confirmation: Before finalising your order, please double-check your shipping address to ensure it is correct and complete to avoid delivery issues.
Please Note: We do not accept returns if the bottle has been opened.
Tracking Your Order
Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a tracking number via email. You can use this tracking number to follow your order’s journey and get up-to-date delivery information.
Lost or Damaged Packages
